Visitor Experience Coordinator at International Center of Photography
Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, the Visitor Experience Coordinator organizes all admissions area processing, scheduling and front-of-house museum income maintenance while engaging in the department’s Visitor Service, Education, and all front-of-house offerings. The Visitor Experience Coordinator promotes visitor engagement with the collection, offering a range of insights into the art and encouraging dialogue that will lead to an enhanced visitor experience. The Visitor Experience Coordinator directly oversees the first point-of-contact with Museum visitors, coordinating the front desk and coat check areas, conducting multiple transactions daily, and actively encouraging participation in Museum and School activities. Ability to work a flexible weekday and weekend schedule required.
